Payment

Payment for all online orders at this time is handled through our PayPal shopping cart. We are not set up to take credit cards over the phone. If you run into an OR3GUN staff member at a match, they typically have a swiper available for card-present purchases. If you are a U.S. customer wishing to mail an order, please print your PayPal cart and mail it with your Cashier's Check or Money Order for the total to our address:

LOGIZTIX
PO Box 1615
Coos Bay, OR 97420

If items in your order are showing Low Stock please contact us to let us know your order is on the way. We may be able to set an item aside for a few days to allow your order time to make its way through the USPS system.

Shipping

Orders for items listed as in stock on business days (Monday-Friday) are usually shipped within 3 business days. Orders over $300 that require additional verification and handling will usually ship within 5 business days. If you have not received an email ship notification within these time frames, check your inbox and/or PayPal account for your tracking number. All orders ship via the USPS, using either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending upon order value. Priority Mail is 2-3 days from Oregon, while Ground Advantage is typically 2-5 days from Oregon under normal operating conditions. All orders are insured and trackable. USPS doesn't considers a package as 'lost' until it has shown no tracking update for 10 days, after which we can submit a trace request if we are notified that you have not received your order. If your shipment tracking shows 'delivered' and you have not received it, please contact your local post office and carrier ASAP. They have tools such as Informed Delivery to verify what items were delivered to you each day and GPS data for scan locations that we simply cannot access from here as the shipper. The customer is ultimately responsible for having a secure mailbox and we can not be responsible for the status of shipments once USPS indicates them as delivered. Insurance covers only items lost or damaged by the USPS.

Backorders

Stock status is updated each business day after current orders are processed. If an item is listed as Low Stock it may go out of stock very soon. If an item is listed as Backordered, ordering anyway will reserve your place in line. Changing backorder dates are often representative of the growing length of the line and earlier orders may indeed ship well ahead of what is listed as the current ship date. We strive to ship backorders within days to a few weeks. Unless you have ordered parts as a Combo package, we will ship that which is in stock ahead and ship backordered items as they become available. Combos are packaged differently in advance and may contain items that are otherwise backordered individually.

Returns

For a variety of reasons, all sales on firearm parts and accessories are final. We can only accept returns for parts ordered in error, provided they are returned to us within five (5) days from receiving them and are credited to another item. Such returns must be new, with factory packaging. Please include a copy of your transaction and obtain an email authorization from us using our contact form before sending any items. Non-firearm parts ONLY may be returned for refund (less shipping and 10% restocking fee) within 5 days if unused.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please use our contact form to let us know about the issue. We will ship any replacement items at our expense after verification of the issue. If an item is not what you expected, let us know and we’ll do what we can to get you one that is.

Warnings, Warranties & Disclaimers

The handling of and proximity to firearms involves a certain amount of unavoidable risk. Risk in the shooting sports can be minimized by remembering the four rules of gun safety and placing them into practice at all times.

1.ALWAYS treat every gun as if it is loaded.
2.NEVER sweep yourself, anyone else or anything of value with the muzzle.
3.NEVER place your finger in the trigger guard until you are on target and ready to fire.
4.ALWAYS be sure of your target and what is BEYOND it.

Our parts are designed and tested in competition guns, used by competition shooters in competition environments. Many of our parts are replacements and/or upgrades for known wear items in factory guns. Our parts are warranted against defects in material or workmanship and will not break or otherwise fail under normal use and service. This Limited Warranty shall be null and void if, in OR3GUN's reasonable judgment, the item is: (a) altered or modified, (b) not properly installed or incorporated in the firearm, and/or (c) the item is abused, misused, or otherwise suffers damage as a result of circumstances beyond our control.

While most cycling issues can be corrected with the installation of our MST & CSP products, there are rare defects in OEM guns that are often to blame once the common issues are ruled out. We have seen broken/missing ejectors or extractors, canted cylinder welds, damaged/missing shell stop pins, scored magazine tubes, broken gas rings and other rare issues that will prevent our parts from successfully addressing all cyling issues. We are not responsible for proper troubleshooting of your gun, nor is random part replacement without proper assessment of the overall condition of your firearm a recommended practice.

In order to utilize our support resources most effectively, we like to help you troubleshoot your firearm in a manner that allows others as well to benefit from the process. To accomplish this, we sponsor an OR3GUN forum on the Mossberg Owners Forum. We are more than happy to work through specific issues with your gun at this site and believe you will find the existing resources for the 930 platform very helpful.

Many competition guns are highly modified. As such, OR3GUN can't be responsible for testing every possible way our parts are ultimately used in combination with other factory or custom configurations. When you modify your firearm, you are accepting the responsibility of and for your own actions. We highly recommend that the safety and proper functionality of any modified firearm be checked by a qualified gunsmith. No liability is expressed or implied for damage, injury or death resulting from the use or misuse of any OR3GUN parts, accessories or components. The purchaser and/or user shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless OR3GUN, Logistix Productions, Inc, its members, employees and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from, in connection with or in any way relating to the use of its products.

Color Differences

Due to variances in anodizers and their processes, our colors may vary from one part to another and may vary greatly from what you see on your computer screen. Blue is especially prone to hue differences from one anodizing run to another. We work with quality finishing companies, but we ultimately have no control over the finished shade of each batch. For this reason, we run parts in small batches and focus our efforts on having the parts in our Combos match one another. This is only critical to us on external parts that are visible on your gun. That said, we cannot be assured that a part you buy will match the shade or hue of another if it is not part of a combo that is purchased as a single unit. Combo shades themselves will vary from one batch to another as well. Our 'Marine' and 'Storm' series of colors are custom shades that were named to reflect naturally occuring variances. These colors may also utilize a proprietary Teflon process than can give the finished part an industrial, somewhat 'washed' look. This is normal and is a trade-off made to favor durability over aesthetics on internal parts.

Privacy & Follow-up Contact

We value your privacy and will not sell, rent or otherwise authorize use of your information by third parties. We do not collect information for use outside of your relationship with us. We do add your email address to our contact list in order to keep you informed of sales, new products and other features of our web site. Placing an order with us through our cart system will opt you in to this email contact, delivered no more than monthly. You may simply unsubscribe to these by following the instructions at the bottom of your first email.

Due to the maze of ITAR and export regulations on firearm parts, ours are not currently for sale outside of the United States. We are in the process of working through these issues with potential distributors and will update this section with links once we have done so.
